Return Policy
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, customer satisfaction is our top priority. In the case, if your order arrives damaged during transit, you may request a return or replacement. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email us at lovingfragrances@hotmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide next steps for a replacement or store credit. Items reported after the 3-day window may not be eligible for return or refund.
