Return Policy

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, you may request a return or replacement. Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email us at lovingfragrances@hotmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide next steps for a replacement or store credit. Items reported after the 3-day window may not be eligible for return or refund.
